I’ve been on both sides of the table. I’ve built businesses, lost businesses, and started over from scratch.

I’ve been fortunate to enjoy meaningful exits. I’ve also faced cash-flow shortfalls that forced me to cash in retirement accounts, sell possessions, and do the impossible just to meet payroll.

The successes were great, but it was the failures and the challenges that taught me more about business, grit, and what actually matters in life than any degree or certification ever could.

Now I help other business owners avoid the mistakes I made and capitalize on what I learned. Most of the owners I work with have the same problem: they’ve built a good business that makes money, but it’s not built to scale or sell.

They’ve gone from owning the business, to having the business “own” them. The business runs because they run it and the business that was supposed to bring them freedom to do what they want, when they want, with who they want, now feels like a trap they can’t escape.

I use the Business Foundation Assessment to diagnose where you really stand, then build a custom plan to put you back on the path to freedom, and close the gap between what your business is worth today and what it could be worth. I don’t just advise, I help you implement.

I’m a Certified Exit Planning Advisor through the Exit Planning Institute. I use the Value Acceleration Methodology combined with real-world founder experience for every engagement. I’ve been through the fire. That’s what makes this different.
